Absolute Dance ( The prestigious Absolute Dance school are associated with the Royal Academy of Dance and offer ISTD registered teachers. The newly built dance studio space complete with mirrored walls, bars and sprung dance floor perfectly compliments the high standard of dance teaching offered by Absolute Dance.

Kicking Fit – Jel is a highly qualified martial arts specialist. He’s super-fit and is and has developed an effective mixed arts fitness class which gently builds strength, control and balance to music. Jel’s positive feedback nurtures self-confidence and self-discipline.

diddi dance –  Using action songs, dancing games, fun exercises, hoops and dance ribbons to their own funky pop songs, your little one not only improves their rhythm and co-ordination but also social and gross motor skills. Class now running at The Place! Age 18 months – 4 years.

Samantha is a Belly Dancer, she has been training since 2000 and has a number of local classes running. Her classes are fun and a great way to tone and burn calories.
